The Fancy Formal Boutique accepts the following payment methods: Paypal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards (through paypal).  We do not accept e-checks or personal checks.  All online transactions are secure and your information is never shared with a third party.  

Even though you are buying a wedding gown online, we will not shuffle you through a shopping cart system with no opportunity to ask questions.  Before ordering your dream dress we will assist with style selection that suits your body type, style, and budget.  Layaway options are available and will be reviewed on an individual basis.  Consider your gown purchase a a virtual fitting with The Fancy Formal Boutique as your professional gown advisors. 

Terms of Sale:

These policies are standard to the Bridal & Formal industry. All sales are final on all bridal & formal wear.

Since all dresses are made to order (manufacturers start making your dress at time of order, they do not keep inventory of any dresses). We can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to order the right size, color, style since all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on custom gowns, special ordered plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as hollow to hem alteration gowns, special measurement gowns, in stock gowns, or discontinued gowns.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower girl Dresses, Bras, Lingerie, Accessories, Invitations, Prom dresses, Mothers dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, All Dresses and Gowns that are not Bridal Related or slips.

Returns are not accepted if an item did not fit. We do provide size charts. Please allow for weight fluctuations and order your size accordingly.  Please expect alterations on any formal wear garment, however our measurements will be accurate for you to determine your fit.   It is always advised to have a professional fitting with a seamstress/tailor to provide accurate measurements.  We do not accept returns for "it is not what I thought."   Please spend the time to view our galleries of styles available and order the best suited gown for you.  Some stores you will find do accept returns/exchanges, but our philosophy is simple......you deserve the perfection you are paying for. 

All bridal stores that accept returns or exchanges on wedding gowns, still have to sell those wedding gowns.  There is always the chance that the gown you are buying from those retailers has already shipped out and returned by one of their customers.  Importantly, those returned/exchanged bridal gowns have been tried on, at least once.  Why would you want to spend money on a wedding dress that has been in and out of shipping boxes distressing the fabric, perhaps has a hint of perfume or hygiene products on the dress or even a minor smudge of make-up?  We don't accept returns and exchanges for this reason, even though we are 100% confident we could resell the gown.  As a courtesy to you, you are paying for a gown that has not been worn at all by anyone but you.

We have no intent to deceive any buyer and stand by our professional integrity by providing images of items  that are accurate and represent exactly what you are receiving. There is no trick photography, however computer monitors may display items differently but not enough to constitute a return. If we send you the wrong size or color from the store listing we will exchange for the correct dress at our shipping expense.

If you try to return a shipment without our knowledge or approval, the package will be refused delivery. All items will leave our boutique in brand new condition.   If there is damage to the item, please contact us upon receipt and we will determine if it is a carrier issue. If an exchange is authorized by us for any reason, shipping is the customers responsibility (both ways) .

Canceled Orders

All orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. All Canceled Orders must be verbally given via phone and approved. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, Bras, Accessories, Invitations, Prom dresses, Mothers dresses, Shoes, or slips.
